Our Approach

How Every Estateon Engagement Works

Regardless of which service a household selects, our process follows the same underlying structure. We begin with an understanding of what the household currently has, identify what is missing or unclear, propose a consistent filing framework, and leave the household with a written record of what was put in place.

The depth and scope varies between services, but the approach does not: calm, practical, and entirely focused on helping the household rather than on any outcome external to it.

Assess

Understand what records exist, where they are kept, and what categories are present or absent.

Structure

Agree on a logical filing framework suited to the household's size, document types, and family composition.

Label & File

Place records into the agreed structure, label clearly, and walk the household through what has been done and why.

Document & Hand Over

Provide a written summary of the system set up, gaps identified, and any suggested next steps — staying in our administrative and educational scope throughout.

Standards

Protocols Applied Across All Services

Data Privacy (PDPA)

All personal information handled during sessions is managed in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. We do not retain copies of document contents.

Structured Session Agendas

Every facilitated session follows a pre-shared agenda. Participants know what will be covered before it begins, which reduces uncertainty and supports a calm atmosphere.

Clear Administrative Scope

No Estateon service involves legal drafting, financial advice, or any form of professional representation. If a session reaches a question that falls outside our scope, we say so directly.

Written Deliverables

Each engagement concludes with a written output — whether a session summary, a completed checklist, or a family record framework — so the work done is preserved in a usable form.

Neutral Facilitation Standards

In family group sessions, our facilitators are trained to remain neutral — they do not advocate for any family member's position and do not offer opinions on decisions that belong to the family.

Annual Review Availability

Households that have completed any Estateon service can arrange a lighter annual review session to keep their filing system current as documents and circumstances change over time.
