1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Estateon" means Estateon, a business registered in Thailand operating from 77 Pattaya Sai Song Road, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150.
• "Services" means the estate organisation and documentation services offered by Estateon, including the First Steps Session, the Home Records Toolkit, and the Extended Family Dialogue Series, all of which are administrative and educational in nature.
• "User" means any person who contacts Estateon, visits its website, or engages its Services.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with any service confirmation provided in writing.
• "Content" means all text, images, documents, and materials on our website or provided as part of our Services.
• "Household Records" means personal, property, and administrative documents belonging to the User's household.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging Estateon's Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the website or request Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By engaging our Services, you confirm that these conditions are met.

Engagement of Services may be confirmed by email exchange, written service agreement, or payment of an invoice. Each of these constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Nature and Scope of Services

Estateon provides administrative and educational services to help households organise their records and important papers. All Services are strictly limited to:

• Facilitating the identification, sorting, and filing of existing household records
• Providing templates, checklists, and guidance materials for self-directed use
• Facilitating family conversations about record-keeping arrangements

Services explicitly excluded: Estateon does not draft legal instruments, prepare wills or powers of attorney, provide legal advice, provide financial advice, represent clients before any authority, or act in any regulated professional capacity.

Services are available primarily to households in the Pattaya and Chonburi area of Thailand. Remote delivery of certain elements may be arranged by agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making enquiries or bookings
• Use our website and Services for lawful purposes only
• Not misrepresent the nature of the records or information shared with us
• Not use our Services to facilitate any unlawful activity
• Maintain the confidentiality of any written materials we provide, which are for household use only

You are responsible for ensuring that all family members or other participants in a session have agreed to participate and to the sharing of their information for the purpose of the session.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, templates, checklists, guides, and materials produced by Estateon remain the intellectual property of Estateon. When you purchase a service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the materials provided for your own household purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or use Estateon's materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to or on the date of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• First Steps Session: ฿3,700 — payable prior to the session date
• Home Records Toolkit: ฿11,500 — payable upon order confirmation
• Extended Family Dialogue Series: ฿32,000 — payable in two equal instalments: 50% upon booking and 50% prior to the third session

Cancellation and refunds: Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no charge or refunded in full. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may not be refunded unless Estateon is unable to attend. The Home Records Toolkit is non-refundable once dispatched. Unused sessions in the Extended Family Dialogue Series may be refunded on a pro-rata basis where cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the User's control.

Payment may be made by bank transfer or other methods confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Service Delivery Terms

Session dates and times are agreed between Estateon and the User at the time of booking. Estateon will make reasonable efforts to attend at the agreed time.

Written summaries and other deliverables will be provided within five working days of the completed session unless otherwise agreed.

The Home Records Toolkit will be dispatched within five working days of confirmed payment for orders within the Chonburi area. Delivery timelines for other areas will be confirmed at the time of order.

8. Disclaimers

Estateon's Services are provided for administrative and educational purposes only. We make no representations that the use of our Services will produce any particular outcome for the User's household affairs.

Nothing provided by Estateon — whether in sessions, written materials, or correspondence — constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Users requiring such advice should consult a qualified professional.

Our website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful elements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Estateon's total liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Estateon shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including losses arising from reliance on information provided in sessions.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control (force majeure).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Estateon and its staff from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your misuse of our Services, breach of these Terms, or any information you provide that proves false or misleading.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice. Estateon reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where it reasonably believes that the engagement has moved outside the administrative and educational scope of its services.

Upon termination, any outstanding payment obligations shall remain due. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any written service confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Estateon may assign its rights to a successor business.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
